Annapurna are currently partnered with one of the UK's leading Financial Services organisations as they search for a Problem Management Lead to join their team.
You will be responsible for leading Problem Management for the business, managing incidents, identifying root cause and preventing reoccurence.
Key skills for the role are:
– extensive experience (>5 years) in a Problem Manager role.
– strong background in Technology Operations and Management.
– comfortable partnering with Service Owners & Operational leads, following ITSM best practices.
– ITIL v3 experience.
– prior experience in Financial Services is preferred.
