HR Director
Location: Berlin
We’re supporting an internationally focused organisation to appoint an experienced HR Leader to support the next phase of business growth across Europe.
This is a broad, commercially focused role, suited to someone who is equally comfortable setting direction as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver.
The role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide end-to-end HR leadership across a growing European footprint, partnering closely with the business to enable performance and scale.
Key responsibilities include:

Acting as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders

Supporting significant business growth across Germany and other European markets

Advising on people matters within a commercial, performance-driven environment

Ensuring HR practices are pragmatic, compliant and aligned with business objectives
About you
You will be a commercially minded HR generalist with experience operating in fast-growing or changing environments.
We’re likely to see:

Strong HR generalist experience at a senior level

Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on

Experience supporting international or multi-country European populations

Exposure to talent management for sales or revenue-generating populations would be highly beneficial

Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a growth context
