People Business Partner


Our client, a scaling private equity company, are searching for a People Business Partner to join their team as they go through an exciting HR transformation. 

In this role, you will partner with assigned businesses and projects to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience. 

Duties Include:

  • Partnering with line managers to advise on the entire employee lifecycle 
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution 
  • Facilitate occupational health referrals
  • Review group people policy
  • Introduce employee engagement platform 
  • Contribute to transformational projects 

Skills Required: 

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a Ulrich style operating model 
  • Exceptional UK employment legislation knowledge 
  • Stakeholder management experience 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Tech savvy in HRIS
