People Partner – London

Annapurna is delighted to have partnered with this fast-growing Asian inspired food brand serving across 70+ stores and supermarkets. They have an ambitious, hardworking team who put people at the heart of their company, focusing on the well-being of employees’ past, present and future.

The commercially focused people partner will be working closely with the Operations Managers and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will deliver a professional and innovative HR service with passion and purpose.

Role:

  • Leading the delivery of people projects, aligned with the long-term business strategy
  • Ensuring consistent and coordinated operational areas, as well as ensuring legalities with company policy
  • Understanding all ER issues, supporting Operations Managers on more complex cases
  • Ensure people focused training, prioritizing upskilling Managers
  • Focused on the development of all employees, creating clear progression paths
  • Lead on the process of shop performance reviews, implementing SMART business plan actions
  • Collaborating with the Talent team in full cycle recruitment and ad hoc projects
  • Confident in escalating issues and training GMs and Ops on when to do so

Skills:

  • Requires strong HR Generalist experience with a flexible, proactive style and good communication skills
  • Collaborative working style, building strong relationships with Operations Managers and supporting the Head of HR and Talent team
  • Experience in ER case management, particularly in covering absence and sickness
  • Proven ability to work across multi-site companies, with desire to build self and team
  • Prioritize promoting company values and culture, encouraging engagement and enthusiasm in the company through new, transformative ideas
