Reward Programme Manager - up to £100,000Annapurna HR is currently partnering with a fantastic organisation in their search for a Reward Programme Manager. The organisation is going through some exciting periods of transformation, and there are a number of Reward projects that they would like the individual to get involved in.
The role is a Reward Programme Manager role, where you will be partnering with the current Head of Reward on implementing new Reward Initiatives. The ideal candidate will have;
* Project Management in the implementation of new Reward initiatives.
* Experience of delivering on global projects
* The ability to engage stakeholders with new projects, and ensure timely delivery
