Lead DevOps Engineer

Currently partnered with one of the leaders in the Tech space, we have a new Lead DevOps Engineer role for those who have a passion for back-end technology in a leadership role.

With a global user base, our client is searching for a Lead DevOps Engineer to manage the Infrastructure Engineering team in fulfilling their mission to be the best Infrastructure. If you have an interest in the public cloud and actually writing code this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the DevOps Engineer team
  • Supporting the Infrastructure team by debugging problems and contributing to the deployment of code
  • Business Development with clients to build a rapport and strong pipeline
  • Building and running infrastructure and software solutions in AWS, GCP and Azure
  • Automating and the running of sprints to help your team's workload

Required Experience:

  • Proven record in automation
  • Experience in Engineer team management and project delivery
  • Experience in Unix, Microsoft configuration and Linux
  • Strong CI/CD pipeline building skills using tools like TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins etc
  • Track record in software development and writing languages ie Nodejs, PowerShell and Python or equivalent
