Our client, a rapidly growing technology business based in the heart of central London (offering very flexible working/hybrid working) is a talent Development Manager – to focus on learning and development

 

About the position:

The core Learning and Development team focuses on partnering with our HR Business Partners and capability leads to gather requirements on training needs, supporting the design and delivery of those needs and ensuring Nomad Foods keeps developing its capabilities.

 

The Talent Manager is there to support the business needs in its requirements, keeping curious as to the possibilities and has a continuous growth mindset. You will have to build great

relationships with everyone, and help carve out their learning and career journey.

 

Key responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Partnering with HR and functional leads, ensuring communication of the L&D plan and keeping engagement high

 

Planning and Promotion: Managing the execution of the L&D plan, supporting the Group L&D Manager and support the global L&D practitioners / regional managers , including training needs analytics and consolidation of participant feedback

 

Design and Delivery: Working with the L&D Delivery and Design specialist and external suppliers to coordinate learning management system activities.

 

Continuous Improvement: Serve as focal point for various development programs
