IT Manager required for prestigious gaming & leisure organisation… Mandarin or Cantonese essential !!!
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily IT operations across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office systems.

Ensure system reliability, network security, and compliance with UK Gambling Commission requirements.

Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, integration’s, and vendor management, to support seamless casino operations.

Deliver periodic operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Partner with internal departments to align technology solutions with business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 8 years of IT operations experience, preferably within the casino, gaming, or financial services sectors.

Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multicultural environments.

Professional, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential.
