Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Interim Payroll and Benefits Business Analyst to join our team for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of our payroll and benefits systems, with a focus on data mapping, scenario testing, and end-to-end business processes for the go-live phase. The successful candidate should possess experience in data migration for both India and the United States, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and map data requirements for payroll and benefits systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.

Scenario Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios to validate the functionality and reliability of the payroll and benefits systems, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.

End-to-End Business Processes: Work closely with stakeholders to document and streamline end-to-end business processes related to payroll and benefits, ensuring that they align with industry best practices.

Data Migration: Utilize your expertise in data migration to oversee the smooth transfer of payroll and benefits data, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in India and the United States.

Qualifications:
