Annapurna HR has partnered with a tech company that provides online presence and online marketing tools to over 200 countries. In this role, you will have responsibility in continuously improving and maintaining the current HR system and play a key part in data extraction.

Successful candidates will be experienced in HRIS, HR Analytics and will provide support across the HR Function, maintaining and improving the HR System in place.

Duties will include:

  • Set up HR System
  • Maintenance of HR System
  • Improving HR System
  • Extracting data
  • Creating Dashboards

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Experience in a similar HR data analytics position
  • Strong excel skills
  • Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
  • Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
  • Excellent HR experience and knowledge
