Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports (Power BI is a core requirement).

Write and manage complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from enterprise databases.

Support and maintain IT systems related to HCM data and reporting.

Systemise and streamline HR processes, ensuring measurable performance indicators are captured and reported.

Understand and manage relationships between servers, databases, and Power BI outputs.

Analyse and report on employee lifecycle data, including proxy employees and workforce metrics.

Collaborate with HR and Technology stakeholders to improve data governance and reporting accuracy.

Utilise VBA for automation and reporting enhancements where required.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance optimisation across systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development).

Advanced proficiency in SQL.

Experience working with HCM systems and HR data structures.

Solid understanding of database architecture and server environments.

Experience with VBA for reporting and automation.

Ability to analyse employee lifecycle data and workforce metrics.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience supporting IT systems in a reporting or analytics capacity.
