HR Change Partner (TUPE & Integration) – Midlands – £50,000 to £60,000 – 12 months FTC

My client is looking for a HR Change Partner to join their team in central London for an initial 12 month contract. This role is working for one of the UK's largest companies on an integration project after a recent acquisition they made.

You will be supporting the HR Director to manage the TUPE, mobilisation and de-mobilisation process across the UK. 

In order to be considered for this role you need to possess the following;

  • Extensive TUPE experience
  • Integration or acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing large scale complex change projects including changes to T&C's, redundancies and business transformations
  • Ability build capability of line managers through delivering training
  • Extensive experience dealing with high risk ER cases 
  • Ideally experience in outsouring
  • Must be mobile to travel to different offices around the Midlands
