HR Assistant Manager
Our client, a leader in professional services, are searching for a HR Assistant Manager to join their organisation to ensure the efficient management of the administrative team across multiple disciplines.

Your new role

As a senior member of the HR team you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Head of HR to deliver an exceptional operational service to the Care and Support directorate (circa 1,000 employees)
  • Act as point of escalation for HR Advisors to resolve and progress complex people issues
  • Provide excellent HR expertise and motivational management to support and develop the HR team
  • Oversee HR policy review, development, and roll out

What You'll Need To Succeed

In order to be considered for this position you will have:

  • Experience in a senior generalist HR role, working with management at all levels
  • Experience managing change i.e TUPE transfers and restructures
  • Excellent team management experience
  • Ability to coach and train management on all things 'people' including employee relations
