About You

We are looking for experienced HR Administrator who is an excellent organiser and communicator, capable of multi-tasking and have an enthusiastic and professional work ethic. Appreciating the need for flexibility and discretion, you are a quick-thinking team player yet also able to work under your own initiative; happy to adapt to meet the demands and needs of the role. You will have a good understanding of HR policies and processes and an interest in employee legislation. You will also be conscientious, ambitious, and hardworking, have a good eye for detail and a ‘can do attitude’ and will see a task through to completion.


Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Delivering excellent administration and customer service in accordance with SLA’s

• Maintaining accurate data and records Including approval of holidays, cover arrangements, training requirements etc.

• Generating HR related documentation, such as contracts of employment, change of terms and others to follow the whole employee lifecycle

• Experience of using HR IT Systems, HCM Oracle or similar

• Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures.


Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong and demonstrable HR Administration experience

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proactive in nature with a drive to get things done

• Personable and professional, with the ability to adapt style to suit the situation

• Methodical approach, ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise workload

• Confident PC/systems user with good working knowledge of Word/Excel and HR Databases / online systems.
