Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Strategy
Serve as the primary system owner and subject matter expert for HiBob.
Define and execute the HiBob roadmap aligned with HR and business strategy.
Lead system upgrades, feature rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate and implement new modules and functionalities.
Configuration & Administration
Configure workflows, permissions, approvals, lifecycle events, and automation.
Manage organizational structures, custom fields, document templates, and policies.
Maintain system security roles and access governance.
Oversee data integrity, audits, and compliance standards.
Integrations & Technical Management
Manage integrations between HiBob and payroll, ATS, benefits, finance, and other enterprise systems.
Partner with IT on API configurations and data exchanges.
Troubleshoot integration errors and system issues.
Support SSO and identity management setup.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
Deliver workforce insights including headcount, turnover, DEI metrics, and compensation analytics.
Ensure accurate data for audits, finance reporting, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to streamline processes.
Translate business needs into system solutions.
Serve as escalation point for complex system issues.
Support cross-functional HR transformation initiatives.
