About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee IT/IIoT security governance and frameworks.
- Strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure through layered security enhancements.
- Support emergency, incident, and crisis management activities (SIECM).
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, platform-wide security awareness program.
- Facilitate risk management activities, including third-party and vendor risk assessments.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Promote convergence and alignment across all aspects of security.
Your Profile:
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of IT/OT security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CRITIS CRA/NIS2, and CRE.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA/ICS technologies.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and measurable results.
- Proactive, accountable, and solution-driven approach.
