Head of Learning & Development



Annapurna have partnered with a global marketing company who are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join the team. 

Reporting to the newly appointed HR Director, Head of Learning & Development will work directly with key business stakeholders to understand their Talent Management and Learning and Development needs. They will design and deliver the Talent, Learning & Development program on a global scale. 

What they are looking for:

  • A proven Talent / Learning Development background, derived from a marketing/media/PR/communications environment
  • Proven experience of building a Learning & Development function for a global workforce
  • A passion for innovative Learning and Talent Management
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • A willingness to be hands on with involvement in a number of projects and manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, and experience to diagnose both individual and organisational development needs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
