Confidential Opportunity – Strategic People Technology Leadership Role

💰 Salary: up to £110,000 base + share options
Are you a forward-thinking leader at the intersection of people and technology? A global, fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the evolution of its people technology landscape. This high-impact role will drive transformation across the entire employee lifecycle through modern, scalable systems and tools.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of the full suite of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS and more. Your core mission will be to design and execute a strategic roadmap that enhances user experience, ensures data accuracy, and aligns with business priorities. You’ll oversee major system implementations, manage vendors, lead a talented team, and ensure systems are integrated, efficient and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a multi-year strategy for all HR platforms
Oversee system selection, implementation, and enterprise-wide integration
Continuously optimise tools for performance, usability, and compliance
Build robust reporting and analytics frameworks to support insight-driven decisions
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing people tech team
Manage supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring service excellence
Deliver effective change and adoption strategies for new and existing systems
About You
- 10+ years’ experience in HR technology or HRIS, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing platforms such as Workday, Smart Recruiters, Peakon, or Absorb
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Performance
- Skilled in complex system integrations, project management, and vendor negotiations
- Knowledgeable in data protection laws and system security (e.g., GDPR)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and excellent communication skills
