Head of Exec Compensation Manager

£110000 - £120000

Our client, a global energy company, are looking for a Head of Executive Compensation to join their team, to manage and develop the function to ensure that remuneration policy is competitive for the executive population!

Reporting into the VP Reward, you will offer support across a range of Reward matters, projects and analysis relating to the exec committee's comp and corporate governance.

Successful candidates will be experienced Reward professionals, having had recently been in a exec comp focussed role. You will need exceptional stakeholder management, with demonstrable experience working with C-level employees in a large global organisation.

The role can report into London, Paris or Zurich on a hybrid basis.

Duties Include:

  • Manage compensation for executive committee
  • Provide advice to senior HR leaders on compensation matters
  • Prepare exec contracts
  • Design STIP & LTIP awards
  • Manage tax providers
  • Prepare Corporate Governance papers

Skills Required

  • Lengthy experience in a leading exec comp role
  • Strong understanding of exec pay structure
  • Exceptional stakeholder management of C-Level employees
  • Strong collaboration skills

Please note this role requires fluency in English and French. Although, there may be flexibility for the right candidate.
