Role: Growth Strategist

Annapurna are proud to be supporting a scaling technology business with their search for a Growth Strategist.
We’re seeking an analytical, growth focused operator experienced in improving sales processes, pipeline efficiency, and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate will come from a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and will be comfortable challenging the status quo while collaborating with senior stakeholders to refine GTM strategy and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run campaigns targeting defined segments, using email, social, direct outreach, and other creative channels.

Build and optimize processes that enrich data, trigger personalized outreach, and integrate with CRM and marketing platforms.

Conduct structured A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate to improve engagement and pipeline performance.

Experiment with new approaches and evaluate AI or GTM tools to enhance campaign efficiency.

Measure impact, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to commercial teams.

Quick to learn new tools and methodologies, and enjoys experimenting.

Conceptualizes campaigns and optimizes them based on measurable outcomes.
