We’re looking for a strategic compensation expert who can partner globally, navigate complexity, and deliver high-impact reward solutions. If you’re passionate about fair, data-driven pay and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – this role is for you.
In this role, you’ll:
- Advise on international compensation strategy for one of the businesses divisions.
- Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews across multiple geographies
- Support senior-level hiring and annual reward cycles
- Drive global reward projects and process improvements
- Train and guide HR and Finance partners on best practices
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years in compensation (corporate or consulting)
- Deep knowledge of reward structures, including executive comp
- Senior stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures
