Join my client a prestigious professional services firm in their international compensation hub and help shape the future of reward across their international teams.

We’re looking for a strategic compensation expert who can partner globally, navigate complexity, and deliver high-impact reward solutions. If you’re passionate about fair, data-driven pay and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – this role is for you.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Advise on international compensation strategy for one of the businesses divisions.
  • Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews across multiple geographies
  • Support senior-level hiring and annual reward cycles
  • Drive global reward projects and process improvements
  • Train and guide HR and Finance partners on best practices

What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years in compensation (corporate or consulting)
  • Deep knowledge of reward structures, including executive comp
  • Senior stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures
