What You Will Do
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage and optimise the day-to-day financial operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting cash flow planning, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving process improvements as we scale. Responsibilities include:

Managing daily accounting operations, including payment processes and cash flow monitoring

Preparing monthly financial statements with high accuracy and reliability

Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns

Collaborating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with tax regulations

Continuously reviewing, implementing, and improving financial processes and internal controls
What You Bring

Completed training as a tax clerk, financial administrator, or a degree focused on finance/accounting

Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in accounting or finance

Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and German accounting standards

Experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online and Moss (a plus, not required)

Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
