Finance Manager (Berlin – hybrid)

What You Will Do

We’re looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage and optimise the day-to-day financial operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting cash flow planning, ensuring financial accuracy, and driving process improvements as we scale. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily accounting operations, including payment processes and cash flow monitoring

  • Preparing monthly financial statements with high accuracy and reliability

  • Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns

  • Collaborating with external auditors and ensuring compliance with tax regulations

  • Continuously reviewing, implementing, and improving financial processes and internal controls

What You Bring

  • Completed training as a tax clerk, financial administrator, or a degree focused on finance/accounting

  • Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in accounting or finance

  • Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and German accounting standards

  • Experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online and Moss (a plus, not required)

  • Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
