Enterprise Sales Development Representative – DACH (m/f/x) – German Speaking

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: €75,000 OTE (uncapped)

Compensation structure: €50,000 fixed, plus c. €25,000 commission (uncapped)

About the Company

You will be joining a fast-growing organisation providing an AI-driven SaaS platform used by global enterprises. The company focuses on helping businesses to develop and deliver products more efficiently, massively reducing operating costs, improving delivery timelines, and reducing their environmental impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives who enjoy working with modern SaaS technology and engaging with enterprise-level stakeholders. You will be part of a growing commercial team and play an important role in creating pipeline, building relationships, and supporting the company’s global expansion.

This is a permanent, full-time position, and all successful candidates will receive a permanent employment contract.

Applicants must be fluent in German and English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gain a strong understanding of our AI-driven SaaS product and communicate its value clearly to potential customers.
  • Translate complex information into simple, effective conversations with prospects.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Prospect using HubSpot, cold calls, and email outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls between prospects and senior members of the commercial team.
  • Report weekly and monthly results to your team lead.
  • Help refine and optimise our lead-nurturing tactics and outreach best practices.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR in a software company or other relevant sales experience.
  • Proven success booking meetings with senior (director-level) stakeholders at large organisations.
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort working closely with both sales and marketing teams.
  • A proactive and creative approach to daily work.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Currently living in the EU and legally permitted to work in Berlin.
