EMEA Early Careers Programme & Recruitment Lead

Annapurna HR have been engaged to find an EMEA Early Careers Programme & Recruitment Lead to join a world leading Insurance business, supporting their European function.  The first role of its kind within the business, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of the early career recruitment strategy across the region and ensure a diverse and robust talent pipeline is built.  

 

Key Requirements:

  • Develop and execute the strategy for attracting and engaging early career talent, focusing on expanding the diversity of the talent pool.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to establish headcount for the early careers programme.
  • Implement an approach for the full-cycle recruitment process for early career hires.
  • Facilitate manager and HR training on the early career hiring process.
  • Set and implement an effective communication strategy for key stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Recommend enhancements to the programme strategy as appropriate.
  • Drive process improvements to build a diverse and robust early career talent pipeline.
  • Lead n the reporting of key recruiting and diversity metrics, analysing trends across the early careers hiring and communicate these to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early career’s recruitment position.
  • Demonstrable experience building and effectively implementing resourcing strategies across a business, driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience developing recruitment reports and dashboards to analyse, track and communicate key operational metrics and future predications.

This role is to be based 3 days a week in London and is paying up to £75,000 plus some fantastic benefits.
