Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Financial Services organisation with offices based in London (remote working available due to Covid 19) to recruit a Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Advisor. 

As the Diversity, inclusion and Wellbeing Advisor you will support the strategic direction and implementation for culture & engagement both in the corporation and across the market. The role is specifically to support the design, development and implementations of cultural interventions across the organisation. 

Your duties will include: 

  • Reviewing and analysing market pricing research and other external research initiatives. 
  • Supporting HRBP's and the HR shared Services with operational queries relating to culture & engagement. 
  • Supporting the training, communication and monitoring culture & engagement processes against the agreed metrics globally. 
  • Interpreting the data to identify trends and insights to provide improvement to the current business offerings. 
  • Support training and communication for all employees and the HR team on all aspects of culture & engagement. 

Skills: 

Experience in developing and implementing operational deliverables.
Knowledge of culture transformation and the systemic elements that form part of change across a global business. 

This is an exciting role to work with a global business on a permanent basis. Salary circa £40,000 + Benefits.
