Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term engineering strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a large software development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding of modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
- Technology Stack: Leverage your expertise with the Microsoft stack to ensure efficient and effective development and deployment of our software solutions.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality, innovative software products that meet customer needs.
- Engineering Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive engineering culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Recruitment and Talent Development: Attract, hire, and develop top engineering talent to build a world-class team.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team’s productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale software development teams.
- Deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, C#, Azure, and related tools.
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, and cloud-native development practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
