Annapurna HR have been engaged to work on a retained assignment to find a Culture and Engagement Manager for a leading financial services company.
As the Culture and Engagement manager, you will be responsible for setting the HR strategy in line with the Corporation’s strategy and key business focus. You will also ensure that you work collectively with the HR team to develop strategies and offer expert advice to enable the business to get the best out of its employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an excellent financial services company paying up to £60,000 DOE + benefits.
