Compensation Analyst

My Client, a world-leading satellite telecommunication company, is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their organisation during a time of growth.  A successful candidate will work closely with the Group Compensation Manager on the operation, administration, review and development of compensation programs and initiatives across the group

The role will focus on various areas of compensation and requires a strong analytical approach, as well as being proactive and collaborative.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Benchmarking activities, including job matching, job evaluation, market pricings, participation in salary surveys and market analysis
  • Supporting the planning and execution of the annual reward cycle activities, including pay review and year-end bonus awards
  • Analysing and evaluating large sets of data in order to identify trends and to make recommendations
  • Providing guidance on compensation related inquiries, educate stakeholders on policies and processes and ensure excellent customer service

You will be someone who:

  • Has strong analytical skills
  • A background in HR, with some exposure to Reward (related areas may also be considered)
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Good collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
