Chief Sales Officer



Annapurna are partnered with a fast-growing (B2B SaaS) start-up – whose headquarters are located in Berlin – as they search for a Chief Sales Officer who will lead a rapidly scaling commercial organisation in the coming years.

As a key member of their senior management team, the incoming Chief Sales Officer will partner with the CEO & other executive stakeholders to achieve significant goals in revenue increase, as well as to deliver on their international expansion initiatives.

Key requirements for this role:

  • prior experience in a sales and/or commercial executive leadership role with a high-growth, (B2B SaaS) start-up.
  • experience selling to (and leading teams selling to) SMB/SME & Mid-Market customers.
  • a track record of building and leading high-performance Sales & Customer Success functions, with exposure to Marketing, Professional Services, etc. a bonus.
  • comfortable partnering with CEOs & other senior leaders, to drive the strategic vision of the business.
  • the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth start-up environment.
  • native/business fluent English essential, with German language skills a bonus.
