Annapurna Recruitment are working with a leading Financial Service Organisation in London to recruit a new Change Management Lead. This role will work as part of a global team and lead a team of analysts located both in the UK and overseas to ensure that Group processes and producers are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Change Management Team in the UK and overseas
  • Managing workloads and setting team priorities
  • As process lead, working with process owners to develop and enhance change management processes
  • Build close relationship with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring end to end processes are performed with appropriate governance
  • Keeping an eye on change trends & themes
  • Providing oversight for Risk/Audit
  • Providing status updates on the team
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for the team

Key skills/experience

  • At least 5 years experience in Change Management
  • Experience leading a global team
  • Experience working within an IT or technology function
  • Experience upskilling others in Change Management
  • Experience within a large, global organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills (excel and other reporting tools)
  • Highly organised with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Good understand of project management tools and techniques
  • ITIL v3 2010 Lifecycle – Operations, Transition
