We’re looking for an experienced Business Transformation Leader to lead strategic transformation programmes across a leading professional services organisation. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments, can manage large-scale programmes of work, and knows how to create learning and engagement strategies that drive real adoption and business results.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver transformation initiatives that improve performance, strengthen culture, and embed sustainable ways of working across the business.
The Role:
- Leading enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives
- Managing complex programmes of work with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Driving organisational change, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Designing and delivering learning and engagement strategies that support successful transformation
- Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Establishing governance, tracking delivery, managing risks, and ensuring measurable outcomes
- Partnering with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, and operational teams to embed change effectively
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes
- Strong programme management capability with experience delivering complex initiatives end-to-end
- Experience developing employee engagement, learning, or change adoption strategies across a business
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
